THE WEIGHT STACK ON MY GYM IS STICKING, WHAT DO I DO?
1. Clean the guide rods with an alcohol based cleaner, then lubricate them with a dry silicone or teflon spray. Also, check all cables to make sure they are not damaged and are properly positioned over the pulleys.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REPLACE THE CABLES ON MY MACHINE?
1. You should inspect your cables before each use. If there is noticeable wear on the cables or the coating is coming off, it is time to replace the cables. You can order new cables directly by contact your original supplier.

WARRANTY DETAILS

INPEK warrants this product to the original purchaser to be free from defects in workmanship and/or materials under normal use or service. If at any time a component part is defective, INPEK shall repair or replace it within a reasonable period of time. This warranty does not cover costs of removal, transportation or reinstallation. This warranty shall not apply if the defect was caused by misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear of the product purchased.
Starting from the original date of purchase, this warranty covers the following:
· BODY/FRAME: 5 Years
· STRUCTURAL MOVING PARTS: 5 Years
· BEARINGS, BUSHINGS, PULLEYS: 3 Years
· FINISH/PAINT, CABLES, UPHOLSTERY AND ACCESSORIES: 1 Year - Applies to defects from manufacturer only.
