Kingdee Cloud Starry Sky PLM-ERP project acceptance summary meeting was held in the discussion room, and a sub-venue was set up in Qingdao. The meeting was carried out simultaneously in the form of offline + online.

Project background and start-up:

Since its establishment,INPEK has always been committed to optimizing enterprise management and enhancing market competitiveness through information technology. With the expansion of enterprise business, the traditional R & D, supply chain and sales system can not meet the rapidly changing market demand. To address these challenges, INPEK decided to introduce the Kingdee Cloud Star PLM-ERP system to achieve comprehensive optimization of business processes and integrated data management.

At the end of 2023, the Kingdee consulting team officially entered INPEK and restarted the implementation of the PLM-ERP project. The main goal of the project is to open up all aspects from product research and development to production and sales through information means, to achieve data sharing, business process optimization and management efficiency improvement.

Review of implementation process:

1. Complete historical material data:

At the beginning of the project, the consultant team spent a lot of time sorting out and improving the historical material data of Eagle Pike. Due to the complexity of material data and the lack of systematic management for a long time, the team optimized the cumbersome data structure into a manageable form of the system through data cleaning and standardization, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent system launch.

2. Business process optimization:

In order to ensure that the system is highly compatible with the existing business processes of the enterprise, the Kingdee team worked closely with the various business departments of Eagle Parker to re-organize the business processes of research and development, procurement, production, sales and other links. Through process optimization, the information flow within the enterprise has been highly integrated, thus eliminating the phenomenon of "information islands" between various departments and improving the overall operational efficiency.

3. Staff training and operation specifications:

During the deployment of the system, the consultant team conducted several rounds of training for the operators to ensure that each employee could master the system operation, especially in the complex production management and sales quotation processes, and the team helped employees quickly adapt to the new system operating environment through simulation exercises.

4. Integration of supply chain and sales module:

The successful opening of supply chain and sales module is a highlight of this project. Through system integration, Eagle Parker is able to track material supply, inventory and orders in real time, ensuring that production plans are highly aligned with market demand, thereby reducing lead times and improving customer satisfaction.

Improvement of enterprise management level:

In his speech, Mr. Chu and Mr. Lu of Kingdee fully affirmed the successful acceptance of the project, and elaborated on the far-reaching impact of PLM-ERP system on Eagle Parker's business.

Mr. Chu pointed out that the PLM-ERP system not only improves the internal collaborative efficiency of the enterprise, but also helps INPEK enhance the market resilience through the digital management of the whole process. In the rapidly changing global market environment, information management has become a key factor for enterprises to maintain competitiveness.

Mr. Lu further said that the successful implementation of this project has laid a solid foundation for deeper cooperation between the two sides in the future. PLM system contribution to research and development:

The application effect of PLM system is evaluated from the technical level. Mr. Zhang said that the application of PLM system in the field of research and development is remarkable, especially in the accuracy of drawings, the versatility of standard parts and the sharing of design data, and the system helps enterprises greatly improve the efficiency and stability of research and development. Through the effective operation of the system, the R&D team is not only able to complete the design and verification of new products in a shorter time, but also to ensure a high degree of consistency and standardization of design quality.

At the end of the meeting, INPEK Yang made a concluding speech.
